LISA CASSIDY
For over 20 years, Lisa has worked as a Brand and Digital Marketing Consultant in the green sector helping businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups promote energy efficient, sustainably made products and services.
In 2020, Lisa created, designed and handcrafted a new type of bracelet out of a very well known bicycle component - bicycle tubes. The assortment you see here is the result of many hours speaking with customers, perfecting designs and refining the creation process.
OUR GOAL
DO WELL & DO GOOD
As the Founder of Kaden & Kai, Lisa wanted to a create a business that would "do good" and "do well".
Kaden & Kai gave Lisa the unique opportunity to flex her creative muscles, while also bringing something very new and unexpected into the fashion world - a product that solved a real problem. Most bicycle tubes are not recyclable. The best way to make the most of the growing number of discarded bicycle tubes is to upcycle or repurpose them.
THE STORY
BEHIND THE STORY
Prior to Kaden & Kai Lisa opened a store called ecoimagine that she closed during Covid. The concept of ecoimagine was very much the same as Kaden & Kai, but instead of her own products, she featured upcycled and repurposed products produced by small businesses throughout the United States.
