Eversource (formerly known as Northeast Utilities) was in need of a team that could evaluate their residential lighting conservation programs in order to ensure cost recovery. They also wanted to create a report that would replicate both the monthly invoices and the item report to ensure accurate billing.
Northeast Utilities was also launching an unregulated subsidiary, called Select Energy. Northeast Utilities wanted to utilize information collected through their conservation programs to create new products and services for their residential, commercial and industrial customers and prospects.
Managed, monitored and evaluated several state-regulated conservation programs. Analyzed effectiveness of direct mail and rebate programs to determine changes in energy usage. Lead to millions of dollars in cost recovery for Northeast Utilities.
Automated the reporting function for 5 state-regulated programs in SQL. Uncovered discrepancies in 3rd party billing. Saved the company thousands in fraudulent billing charges.
